SHIPPING POLICY
Once your piece ready to ship, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry shipments are sent through Fedex and will require a signature upon delivery. Purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Quarry due to failed delivery attempts.

Quarry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the shipping courrier.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
Duties are determined as a percentage of the total amount of goods purchased. Goods and Services Tax (GST) Provincial Sales Tax (PST), and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) are a percentage of the subtotal of the value of the merchandise purchased and the duties on that merchandise as required by law. The GST, PST, and/or HST rate is determined by the province to which the merchandise is shipped. All duties and taxes collected are forwarded to the proper Canadian authorities. Quarry is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty.
